“Amazing location with true ski in ski out access. Room was perfect for our family with plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Excellent and friendly reception staff .. the bakery delivery was a welcome bonus. Ski lockers lovely and warm, and the spa facilities were lovely to come back to after a days skiing. Would love to come back and enjoy those amazing views again.”

“We got a little upgrade to a fantastic 3BR appartment with sauna although at the time we arrived it was cheaper than the one we booked. But nice gesture anyway. Great location, access to the slopes. A lot of space in the appartment. Be aware of the Cocorico near the location with full noice till 8:30. So if with small children ask perhaps for a room facing the other side. We love this place.”

“Brilliant stay - perfect for skiers of all levels! ​We have just returned from a stay at the Ynycio apartments in Tignes, and it was quite simply brilliant. If you are looking for the perfect ski holiday, this is it. ​ The location is unbeatable; you can exit the hotel and go straight onto the slopes. Being so close to the shops, restaurants, and ski rental outlets made everything incredibly convenient. A huge highlight is the Bollin ski lift right in front of the hotel—it is a decent size and free to use! This is a game-changer for beginners learning to ski or snowboard, as you can access the smaller slopes without needing a lift pass. ​ The apartments were extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The spa area is also superb—we loved the outside jacuzzi, the variety of saunas and steam rooms, and the large swimming pool. ​A special mention must go to Lisa and Thibault at reception, who were just amazing and made us feel so welcome. The slopes in Tignes were fantastic with so much variety to explore. We cannot recommend Ynycio enough and will definitely be back!”

“Really great hotel! Me and my partner had a 3 room apartment, which was't huge, but more than big enough for 2 people. The view from the balcony was amazing! You get a little kitchen with oven, kettle, Nespresso machine and a kettle. The pool area is nice, with a pool, two saunas, steam room and outdoor hot tub. The hotel is genuinely ski-in ski-out, which is fantastic. The ski-in was a little challenging for us as beginners, but we managed it. We found the room to be quiet at night, although we did face out towards Cocorico which is very loud, they close at 20:30, so unless you want a VERY early night, noise isn't an issue. I would definitely stay at Ynycio again if we went back to Val Claret.”
